Reminder to Unity Fans: Our crowd participation has been excellent during our athletic events - thank you and keep it up! While we really appreciate and encourage the enthusiasm, jumping up and down on the bleachers causes damage. Our conference has a rule that jumping on bleachers is not allowed. Please keep your feet on the bleachers and continue to “bounce” with your knees and upper body during cheers and chants that include jumping. Let’s represent Unity well and be a good example to our opponents. Thanks!
Jr. Knights Boys Basketball Sign Up! We invite your boys in grades 3-8 to sign up to play for our Jr. Knights boys basketball! Sign up HERE! Sign up by Friday, October 13th.
All State Cheer - Three of our cheerleaders have qualified to tryout for All State Cheer. Congratulations to Amaya Vande Vegte, Eliana Zhang, and Maria Wang! Tryouts will be on Saturday, October 14 in Ames.

EMPLOYMENT ANNOUNCEMENTS & OPPORTUNITIES
We welcome Andrew Nester to our team. Andrew will be serving as a paraprofessional. Andrew came to the US from Ukraine this past summer. His English is excellent and he is excited to assist Ukrainian students at Unity.
Unity Christian High School is seeking applications for a new Kitchen Staff position as soon as possible. We are considering part time and full time applications.
