Quiz Bowl Results: Three Unity Quiz Bowl teams competed at MOC on Saturday and performed very well. The Varsity team (William Breems, Dylan Kramer, Mikaiah Pennings, Brayden Schoellerman, and Layne Vos) placed 3rd, one JV team (Ben Bailey, Josh Bousema, Ben Hummel, Owen Mellema, and Josh Mouw) also placed 3rd, while the other JV team (Lane Coulander, Ryan Muilenburg, Jacob Ross, Lane Van Holland, and Cody Vis) placed first.

Auditions for Unity’s Spring Play: This year's spring play is Little Women! Auditions will be held on 12/4 & 12/5. Audition material will be available soon.

Homecoming Semi-Formal Dance 

Date: Friday, January 16

Time: Immediately following the home basketball game

Location: Alton Golf Course Clubhouse

Semi-formal attire is more polished than business casual but less formal than prom or JSB wear. Below are a few additional guidelines for the game and dance:

• Girls: Dresses must have straps and be fingertip length or longer.

• Boys: Semi-formal attire should include a polo or collared shirt with slacks or dress shorts.T-shirts, athletic shorts, or sweatpants are not considered semi-formal.

**If your attire does not adhere to the above guidelines, you will be sent home to change.

PARENT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Meat Donations for School Lunch Program: Unity is seeking beef and pork donations from local farmers to support our school lunch program. Unity will cover all processing fees. If you are interested in making a donation, please contact Wayne Dykstra at wdykstra@unitychristian.net.
