SPORTS REPORT

Congratulations girls cross country! They finished 2nd in 2A at the state cross country meet on Saturday, 11/2. Congratulations to Addison Liston on placing 4th!

Congratulations boys cross country! They  finished 3rd in 2A at the state cross country meet on Saturday, 11/2.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

LOST & FOUND: Please stop by the lost & found table located in the hallway entering the classroom wing (just past the double doors). Items that have been left in the locker rooms have also been added, so take another look! All items left at the end of the week will be donated.

BLOCK PARTY INFORMATION: There is a sign up for Jr and Sr boys wanting to play powder puff volleyball in the office. All classes are encouraged to come watch and cheer on the teams at 7:00pm on November 15. Ice cream and popcorn will be available, and there will be mini games that the crowd can participate in. A dance will follow at the Children's Park Shelter House in Sioux Center. NOTE: This is a Unity only dance, no outside guests will be permitted to enter. 

• If you are not attending the block party but want to come to the dance, the cost will be $7

Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, November 4 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Tuesday, November 5 from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM. Our Parent-Teacher Conferences scheduler, in JMC, is live. Here are a couple things to know when signing up;

1). Conferences  are 10 minute slots. You may sign up for as many teachers as you would like, just not more than one time slot per teacher.

2). If you want to sign up for a Geometry conference, please do so on Monday. Mrs. Kaemingk will be doing Monday conferences for Geometry and then her Tuesday will be spent with  the Academic Support Team. 

3). Academic Support - Mrs. Schreurs will have her conferences on Tuesday, with Mrs. Broers. Monday will be conferences with Mrs. Van Donge and either Mrs. Broers or Mrs. Kaemingk, depending on their schedule.
